New Desktop
Stole a desktop feature off of Lifehacker and I like it. It’s very simple, and almost follows my rule of no items on the desktop. The only thing I don’t like is how bright it is :-\ I prefer dark backgrounds.
Also, installed iStat Menus, which are really nifty. Unfortunately, when I’m running programs with more menu options than Finder it starts covering up some other icons for programs I have sitting up there. No biggie though. Those are lesser used clicks.

NINJA EDIT! My eyes couldn’t handle bright colored desktop… Switched it up, kept the Zen quote of the day, and I like it now :)
Ninja edit Part II: Added a linear calendar on top. Do you think I have too many things that tell me the date? hahah. I like it. :)
